This is a picture of the finished work station which consists of two cabinets, a work surface and a mixer board station.
The two cabinets were designed with rails for 19" components and include wheels for easy positioning. The work surface rests
on top of the cabinets and butts up against the mixer board station.

This is a picture of one of the component cabinets before the edge treatment and caster pads were installed.
The edge treatment is 3/4"x3/4" solid Oak. A thinner strip was applied to the top of the lower support on the back of
the cabinet. The front of the cabinets needed to be set back at a slight angle for better access to the component controls.

This is the mixer board station with edge treatment and speaker mounts attached. The size of the station was designed
to fit the mixer board which the customer already had. The feet of the station are 2"x2" solid Oak stock and are mortised
to accept the vertical side pieces.

This is a side view of the recording station with two components installed after it was delivered.
The two speaker stands are shown at the back of the mixer board station.

This picture shows how the speaker stands mount to the back of the mixer board station. Holes were drilled on both
sides of the square pole on 4" centers. By staggering the holes, the stands can be adjusted in 2" increments. Lag bolts and knobs
are used to secure the stand. The mounts include 3/4"x3/4" guide block to ensure the stand is kept vertical.

This picture shows the underside of the mixer board work surface. It too is mortised to receive the side pieces
